Text Sections

What Is a Text Section?

A Text section is the simplest section type. It displays a title and formatted body text to the guest. Use Text sections to share information, introductions, Scripture passages, instructions, or any written content that does not require interaction.

When a guest reaches a Text section, they read the content and click "Next" to continue.

Guests see the section title as a heading and the body text rendered below it. All formatting (bold, headings, lists, links) is preserved exactly as you wrote it.

Common Questions

Can I include links in a Text section? Yes. Use the link option in the rich text editor to insert hyperlinks. Guests can click links to open external pages in a new tab.

Is there a character limit for body text? There is no enforced character limit, but very long text sections can be harder for guests to read on mobile. Consider breaking long content into multiple Text sections or using headings to organize it.

Can I use a Text section just as a divider or transition screen? Yes. A Text section with a short sentence or heading works well as an intro, transition, or instructions screen between other section types.
